摘    要:大型空分设备配套压缩机电控系统设计时,要考虑很多因素,主要包括:根据电网条件、压缩机组运行曲线选择电机启动方式;一次电气主接线的选择;联锁控制条件的合理设置、紧急停车信号的处理、失电安全原则的设计实施等,是一个系统工程。根据多年的项目设计、现场调试经验,总结出安全、可靠、经济的电控系统设计方案。

Abstract:At design of electric control system for the compressor completed for large sized air separation plant many factors shall be considered, and they mainly include the selection of motor start mode on basis of grid conditions and run curve of the compressors set, selection of electric main primary wiring, rational setting of interlocked control condition, treatment of urgent shutdown signal and power-failure safety principle for the design, which is a system project. A safe, reliable and economic design scheme of electric control system is summarized on basis of several years'project design and site debugging experiences.
