叶片型线对离心风机性能影响的研究

摘    要:首先对某采用双圆弧叶片的高效离心风机进行实验和数值对比,并在叶轮前盘形状、轮盖和叶片进出口安装角都相同的情况下,分析了采用双圆弧叶片和等减速叶型的模型风机的性能变化。结果表明,使用双圆弧长短叶片风机模型的稳定工况范围更宽、全压更高,等减速模型则在设计流量和小流量下效率更高、流动损失更小。

Abstract:In this paper, firstly, a high efficiency centrifugal fan adopting the double-arc blade model was studied experimentally and numerically. And then, the performance distinction between the centrifugal fan with double-arc blade model and that with uniform deceleration blade model was expounded in detail, while keeping the shroud and hub shape, and the inlet and outlet installation angle constant. The results show that double-arc blade model could cover a wide range of operation condition and reach high total pressure. Uniform deceleration blade model could reach higher efficiency and less flow losses under the design flow and small flow conditions.
