摘    要:采用弹性接触有限元方法对1兆瓦风力发电机增速齿轮副进行了接触仿真分析,研究了齿轮啮合计算中的相关问题。利用三维建模软件Pro/E,建立了风电齿轮增速齿轮组传动系统的实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,得到了增速齿轮组的应力和应变规律。根据计算结果,找出了风电齿轮增速齿轮组的最危险部位,对提高风力发电齿轮传动系统的承载能力和性能有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:By adopting the elastic contacting finite element method,the contacting simulation of the increasing speed gear system for 1MW wind-power generation is carried out and the correlated problem in the meshing calculation is studied.Based on the software Pro/Engineer,the solid model of the increasing speed gear system for wind-power generation is built.By using the software ANSYS,the contact and bending stresses are obtained.According to the obtained results,the most dangerous disk position of the gear system f...
