| 摘 要： | 织造Modal/棉混纺织物过程中通过采取下列措施,整经工序采用“低速度、小摩擦、轻张力”工艺;浆纱工序选用“高浓低粘”的浆料,采用“小张力、中伸长、贴毛羽、求被覆”的工艺路线;织造工序采用“早开口、低后梁、大开口量”,合理配置主辅喷气压和引纬工艺,从而提高了织造效率,保证了产品质量。

| Abstract: | To improve weaving efficiency and ensure product quality,Some measures in weaving the fabric of Modal/Cotten blended yarn are taken as follows:the technologies of low speed,minor friction and light tension in warping process;the selection of high density and low viscosity size mixture and the technologies of small tension,medium elongation,sticking evenness and coverage demand in sizing process,the filling insertion technologies of early opening,decreasing back beam and additional opening quantity and appropriate adjustment on airflow pressure of main and auxiliary nozzles in weaving process. |
