缓粘结预应力钢绞线的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验说明缓粘结预应力钢绞线所用特种涂料,固化后的抗折强度平均值为 39. 1MPa,抗压强度平均值为 104. 4MPa,可以满足预应力混凝土结构的要求。介绍缓粘结预应力钢绞线的生产工艺和在预应力筋张拉作业中的μ、k值测定结果,指出缓粘结钢绞线可满足预应力工程的要求,是预应力筋的发展方向。

Abstract:By test to illuminate the special coating for slow cohesion PC stranded wire. The break resistance strength averages 39.1MPa after solidification, its compression strength averages 104.4MPa, which can satisfy the requirements of prestress concrete structure at present. To introduce the production process of slow cohesion PC stranded wire and the determination results of μ and k value of the stranded wire in tensile working of prestress muscle. It is pointed out that the slow cohesion PC stranded wire can meet the needs of prestress engineering, it is development orientation of prestress muscle.
