压力管道混凝土缺陷处理环氧材料使用工艺控制

摘    要:根据官地水电站1#压力管道首次充水后放空检查(目估检查)结果,1#、2#压力管道存在较多纵、环、斜向裂缝并发现混凝土掉块;从混凝土掉块情况看,掉块部位在前期曾采用聚氨酯充填进行缺陷处理。为保证混凝土衬砌结构的永久安全性和耐久性,保证厂房结构安全和电站运行安全,采用帕斯卡生产的环氧材料进行了缺陷修复。

Abstract:Based on emptying inspection(visual inspection) results after the first filling of No.1 penstock at Guandi hydropower station,many longitudinal,circumferential and oblique cracks were found and surface concrete falling occurred in places.Concrete defect treatment was carried out by filling polyester in surface concrete defect before.PIS-EPS epoxy material are used to repair defects to ensure permanent safety and durability for concrete lining structure and safety of powerhouse structure and power plant operation.
