摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件创建了三种不同横截面的麻花钻模型,针对所建立的钻头模型进行变形计算,并对钻头模型整体做模态分析,通过研究计算结果,从理论上论证钻头的截面几何形状、尺寸对钻头刚度造成的影响,并从改变钻头截面形状的方向对如何提高钻头刚性给出建议。

Abstract:Three twist drill models having different transverse section are created with ANSYS, aiming at the distortion computation as well as the modal analysis for the drill. Through the computing results, we can prove that the form and size of transverse section of a twist drill do have effect on its stiffness and put forward some suggestion on how to increase the stiffness of a drill by changing the transverse section.
