| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the projects invested by the governments,the paper analyzes the problems in the costs management of the projects with the governments' investment,and explores the ways of how to have good the whole-process control and management of the projects,so as to improve the investment control level of the governments' projects,and save the social resources effectively. |
