摘    要:结合储气井失效模式及其结构特点,采用参数分析的方式从扫查覆盖率、检测灵敏度、仪器轴向检测速度、探头周向扫查线速度、仪器垂直适用性及无效孤立点占比等几个方面对探头旋转式超声波检测仪在储气井井壁腐蚀检测中的适用性进行了分析,发现其不能同时满足检验对扫查覆盖率、检测灵敏度和检测速度的要求,其检测方式也造成了垂直适用性较差、无效孤立点占比偏高等问题。

Abstract:Based on the failure mode and structure feature of storage well, the applicability of internal probe rotary ultra-sonic tester used in corrosion detection of gas storage well is analyzed from scanning coverage ratio, detection sensitivity,axial detection speed, probe circumferential scanning line speed, tester vertical applicability, invalid isolated point ratioand so on. It is found that the scanning coverage ratio, detection sensitivity and detection speed can' t meet the require-ments at the same time. The detection methods also caused the problem of poor vertical applicability and higher invalidisolated point ratio.
