摘    要:山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司炼钢厂采用铌镍硼微合金化生产的Q345E抗低温冲击韧性H型钢易出现冲击性能波动,产品合格率较低。通过对原生产工艺进行优化调整,尝试采用低碳钛微合金化工艺加强各工序工艺控制,稳定了钛回收率,低温冲击功数值检测良好,夹杂物及晶粒度控制水平也有明显地改善。

Abstract:The impact property of Q345E low carbon niobium nickel boron microalloyed H section steel produced in Lai-wu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was not stable. The production qualification rate was lower.Through optimizing the original production process and adopting low carbon titanium microalloying technology, the titani-um recovery rate is steady. The low-temperature impact energy values are much better. Inclusions and grain size control-ling level are improved.
