铁精矿浆体管道磨蚀试验研究

摘    要:本文介绍了在管道上串接磨蚀试件,对攀矿铁精矿和太钢尖山铁矿铁精矿进行管道磨蚀试验的特点。通过试验获得了三种不同牌号钢材管道的磨蚀率和磨蚀量与试验时间的关系,同时研究了管内浆体流速、物料粒级组成对管道磨蚀的影响,并对攀矿铁精矿磨蚀性强的原因进行了分析。

Abstract:Abrasion tests were carried out for the walls of pipeline for iron ore concentrate slurries by connecting a length of test pipe in series with the pipeline.On the basis of the test results, a relationship was derived between the duration of test and the abrasion rates of the selected test pipes of three kinds of steel.The factors affecting pipeline wall abrasion rate, such as slurry velocity and solid particle size etc. are discussed, and the reasons are given for the high abrasion rate of Panzhihua iron ore concentrate slurry
