面向螺旋槽加工的电解工具磨床数控化再制造技术研究

摘    要:针对部分电解工具磨床因功能单一而闲置的现状,提出数控化再制造思路和方案.通过对传动部件的再设计,以及基于PC机的专用数控系统开发,再制造为面向螺旋槽加工的专用数控工具磨床.实际应用表明,再制造后的磨床可以进行各种螺旋槽的磨削加工,加工效率和精度都比普通磨削方式有较大提高,且再制造资源节约效果明显.

Abstract:A method of the numerical re-production of old milling machines is introduced based on the fact that some of the electrolytic milling machine is abandoned because their functions are too limited.By the re-design of the gearing and the exploiture of the CNC system based on the Windows operating system,a special numerical controlled electrolytic milling machine aiming at the notching of the corkscrew cutting tools was re-produced.It was proved that this machine worked quiet well and more efficiently than ordinary milling machines after the application.And the re-production was proved to be much more saving than purchasing a new one.
