多绳摩擦式提升机滑绳保护系统的研究

摘    要:设计研究了多绳摩擦式提升机滑绳保护系统,该系统采用高速光电脉冲编码器测量天轮和主轴的速度并将信号传输给主控制器,利用可编程序控制器PLC对天轮和滚筒的主轴测速编码器的信号进行分析、处理,传输到主控制系统,由主控系统决定是否实行滑绳保护动作,并将数据实时传输到网络上以实现远程监控。

Abstract:This article designed has studied the multi-rope friction type elevator slippery rope protective system,this system used has the long-distance range,and followed the RS-422 communication rule the high speed electro-optical pulse encoder direct measurement sheave which and main axle’s speed had the line to actuate,use programmable controller PLC to the sheave and drum’s main axle measured that the fast encoder's signal carried on the analysis,processing,transmitted the primary control circuit,by the controlling system decided whether to implement the slippery rope protection movement,and realized the data live transmission network in the long-distance monitoring.
