摘 要: | 设计开发了机电一体化自动化装配教学实验系统,其采用型材构建,通过步进电机驱动,由S7—200PLC控制。该系统融合了机械传动、电机控制、气动技术、传感器、PLC控制技术等机电一体化关键技术,使学生能更好的掌握所学知识并能创新打造很好的实验平台。

Abstract: | The paper introduces the mechanical-electrical integration design and the development of auto assembly experimental system for training.The system uses profiles to build and is controlled by the S7-200 PLC through the stepping motor.The system combines some mechanical and electrical integration of key technologies such as mechanical transmission,motor control,pneumatic technoloay.sensors.PLC control technology. |
