新型流化床颗粒层过滤器流化特性的研究

摘    要:介绍分析了新型流化床颗粒层过滤器的特点,三维流化床颗粒层过滤器冷态实验台的有关参数,以及在冷态实验台上进行的流化特性试验的初步结果,并对流化床颗粒层过滤器可接受的运行操作范围进行了讨论。这为进一步进行效率试验、结构优化试验奠定了基础

Abstract:Successful development of advanced coal fired power conversion systems,such as IGCC,PFBC etc.,often require reliable and efficient cleanup devices which can remove particulate and gaseous pollutants from high temperature high pressure gas streams.A novel Fluidized Bed Granular Filter (FBGF) is under developing in National Laboratory of Coal Combustion (NLCC).The characteristics of the filter,the parameters of a 3 demension lab scale FBGF experimental facility in NLCC are analysed in this paper.The results of primary investigation on fluidizing features of FBGF are aso presented,which suggests that the acceptable operation condition of FBGF is between the mininmum and transient velocity from bubble fluidized bed to turbulent bed.
