800 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的研制

分析了国内外800 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)的制造水平,详细介绍了西安西开高压电气股份有限公司800 kV GIS的结构特点及型式试验情况:800 kV GIS除断路器外其余部分均按照1 100 kV电压等级设计,有较大的设计裕度;该产品进行了整套型式试验,绝缘试验分别按800 kV和1 100 kV电压等级进行了绝缘验证,对充气套管外绝缘进行了海拔3 000m的修正试验验证;断路器具有很强的短路开断能力,可满足时间常数120 ms条件下的短路开断要求,直流分量达81%。型式试验表明,该产品完全满足我国750 kV电网对800 kV GIS设备的需要。

Research on 800 kV Gas Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgear

The 800 kV GIS manufacturing level,here and abroad,is analyzed in this paper,and the structural characteristics and the type test of 800 kV GIS from Shiky corporation are introduced in detail.Excluding the circuit breaker,the design is done according to the 1 100 kV voltage level,which results in high margin of design.The full set of type test has been taken on the equipment,the insulation test has been done according to 800 kV and 1100 kV voltage level respectively,and the amendment experiment of the external insulation of the gas-filled bushing has been done above 3000m sea level.The circuit breaker is equipped with large short-circuit and drop-out capacity,which can operate successfully when the time constant is 120 ms and the direct current component is 81%.The type test indicates that this product meets the requirement of the 800 kV GIS equipment in 750 kV electric network in our country.
