铝系净水剂混凝过程的理论分析与计算

摘    要:分析了铝系净水剂的混凝机理及动力学行为。根据电离平衡方程,推导出了一个计算混凝过程中含铝络合物浓度分布的计算表达式,并给出了初始铝含量分别为10-3mol/L、10-4mol/L及10-5mol/L时的模拟计算结果。结果表明,铝系净水剂中主要发挥作用的是Al13(OH)5+34,其最佳pH值为6.32,理想pH值范围为5.8~6.9,pH值的适用范围为5.0~8.0。

Abstract:General flocculating mechanism and dynamic behavior of Al base water clarifying agents are analysed and discussed in this paper. The expressions calculating the concentration distribution of aluminium species in the coagulation process of Al base water clarifying agents are deduced based on the dissociation equilibrium equations, and the final calculating results are presented at the initial Al 3 concentration of 10 -3 mol/L, 10 -4 mol/L and 10 -5 mol/L respectively. The simulation results indicate that the species Al 13 (OH) 5 34 takes a leading role in water treatment, and the optimal operational pH value equals 6.32, the ideal pH range should be from 5.8 to 6.9, the applicable pH range is approximately from 5.0 to 8.0 for Al base water clarifying agents.
