| 摘 要： | 本文合成了一种含有酮羰基的乙烯基单体———双丙酮丙烯酰胺（ＤＡＡＭ）。以该单体作为官能单体，合成了分子中含酮羰基的丙烯酸酯乳液，与分子中含肼基团的水性聚氨酯混合后，制备了一种交联型的聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液。本文研究了ＤＡＡＭ 的合成及产品的提取工艺；通过红外分析证实了２ 种聚合物之间的交联反应；对乳液膜性能的研究结果表明，采用这种方法改性后的丙烯酸酯乳液的耐水性、耐溶剂性、断裂强度、断裂伸长率均得到提高。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we synthesize a vinyl monomer-Diacetone Acrylamide(DAAM) which can introduce keto group into the acrylic polymer. A kind of polyurethane_acrylic hybrid emulsion is obtained by mixing acrylic polymer emulsion containing keto group and polyurethane dispersion containing hydrzine group. The crosslinking reaction between these two polymers is studied by IR method. The film properties of hybrid emulsions such as water resistence,solvent resistence,tensile strength and elongation properties are discussed. |
