加工分阶式双圆弧齿轮的镶嵌式成形铣刀

本文介绍了分阶式双圆弧齿轮的一种优化齿形参数,从啮合原理和齿轮加工方面证明了新齿形参数的合理性,为适于单件小批量加工,本文设计并采用镶嵌式盘形成形铣刀的刀体结构,以便于齿形参数的研究和试验。本文应用计算机求出了铣刀的截面形状,并加工出新参数齿轮,本文解决了分阶式双圆弧齿轮切削过程中可能出现的过渡曲面、根切、干涉等同题,这对于■形砂轮磨削加工分阶式双圆弧硬齿面齿轮也有定意义。

This thesis introduced the optimized parameters of tooth profile of the Double Circular Gear,de- signed the inserted profile milling cutter of the gear with new parameters,solved the problems which may arise in gear cutting such as transition surface,foot cut,intervention and so on.
