棉针织物冷轧堆前处理

采用助剂冷来帮、冷透强进行棉针织物冷轧堆前处理，与传统的碱氧一浴法漂白工艺进行比较，结果表明：前者毛效虽较低，但经过热洗处理或皂洗仍可满足后续加工的要求，其染品色泽鲜艳、上色均匀、牢度性能达到要求。该工艺可大大节约能耗，每吨织物可降低生产成本1300元左右。

Cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton fabric

The cotton knitted fabric was pretreated by cold pad-batch process with certain auxiliaries and conventional bleaching process with alkali-hydrogen peroxide in one bath respectively, the color fastness of the fabric treated by above two methods are compared. The results show that although capillary effect of the fabric treated by cold pad-batch process is low, it can still meet the requirements of the dyeing after heat treatment or soaping, the dyeings feature brilliant and uniform shade, as well as good color fastness. The process can greatly reduce the steam, water and power consumption.
