摘    要:光学遥感影像的质量分级评定问题是测绘卫星用户和相机设计部门非常关心的问题,针对以往以比例尺、分辨率、信噪比、MTF等评价指标无法明确反映影像的测绘应用能力的问题,提出以立体环境下特征地物的识别能力进行影像质量分级的方法,并且依据心理物理学原理,借鉴NIIRS的判据生成步骤,以地形图规范中要求标注的地物作为候选判据,以航空、航天立体像对构建图像样本库,设计并实施了立体测图环境下的心理物理学试验.通过32位一线作业人员的参与,生成了一份由立体像对、测绘判据、评分组成的影像分级准则.

Abstract:The optical image grading method is of interest for surveying & mapping satellite data users.For the scale, re- solution, signal-to-noise ratio, modulation Transfer function(MTF) cannot clearly reflect the mapping application capacity of the image. In this paper, we propose an image quality grading method based on characteristic features, which are usable in a the stereoscopic environment. Based on the psychological principles of physics, learn national image interpretability rating scales (NIIRS) criterion generation step, a psychophysical test is designed and implemented in the stereoscopic environment,characteristic features that is labeled in the topographic map specification are selected as candidate criterion,and aviation and aerospace stereo images are selected to build sample database,32 operaters take part in test,and a grading specification composed by the stereo pair, mapping criteria and scores is generated.
