摘    要:结合CCD辐射响应函数,提出了基于相对光谱响应和光谱参量的CCD筛选方法,研制了CCD光谱特性筛选装置。装置集成化程度高,可以快速便捷的测试CCD的相对光谱响应、峰值波长、中心波长和半峰值带宽(FWHM)等光谱参量,并依据测试数据建立数据库进行最优筛选。对某批次10只时间延迟积分(TDI,time delay integration)(TDICCD)CCD进行筛选试验,对实验数据分析得到了一组4只最优的TDICCD组合。整个系统的测量不确定度优于3.5%。

Abstract:Focal plane array assembled by one CCD has been used for wide field of view space camera.For several assembled CCDs of foc al plane array,each CCD should have higher spectral coherence,because relatively large errors can influence the focal surface spectral characteristics,causing t he target spectral information loss and affecting earth observation.Combining wi th CCD radiate response function,we propose a screening experiment scheme based on relative spectral response and spectral parameter,and then fabricate a screen ing device for them.It ensures sectral coherence for the assembled CCDs of focal plane array very well.The facility is highly integrated.It can test the relativ e spectral response,peak wavelength,center wavelength,full width at half maximum (FWHM) and other spectral parameters quickly and easily .We establish a database in accordance with the test data,and carry out the opti mal screening.Using this device,we test 10time delay and integration charge cou pled devices (TDICCDs) in a batch.According to the analysis and calculation of t he experimental data,the results show an optimal combination of four TDICCDs.The measurement uncertainty of the facility is less than 3.5%.The TDICCD selected b y this device has been used in focal plane array assembly wide field of view spa ce camera.It provides a favorable technical support for the camera image quality .
