| 摘 要： | 通过建立并分析四川省及成都市的城市化发展与经济发展水平的计量模型，探讨了两者城市化发展的主要动力和制约因素，提出四川省的城市化发展政策应在增加财政收入基础上加大工业固定资产投资和基建投资力度，大力发展工业业加快城市化步伐；成都市的城市化战略则应立足于发展现代化的第三产业。

| Abstract: | The main motives and restraints for urbanization growth of Sichuan province and Chengdu city are analyzed through a metered interrelation model between urbanization and economic level.It's proposed that investment should be increased in industrial fixed capital and fundamental construction.Major efforts should be devoted to industry to quicken the tempo of urbanization.For Chengdu city, the strategy for urbanization should base on the development of modern third industry. |
