| 摘 要： | 以啮合原理为基础,研究了直齿圆锥齿轮的数字化建模方法,提出一种直齿锥齿轮三维参数化通用设计方法——扫描成型法。利用UG软件的相关功能,生成直齿圆锥齿轮的的球面渐开线,并沿分度圆锥母线扫描获得齿廓曲面片体;通过对片体进行缝合操作生成单个轮齿实体,然后通过布尔运算获得完整的直齿圆锥齿轮,从而实现对直齿圆锥齿轮的三维精确造型。

| Abstract: | With the engaging principle,the paper studied digital modeling of the straight bevel gears.The swept model method was proposed,which is a universal 3D parametric design method for straight bevel gears.By using the related method of UG,the sphere involutes of the gear are genera- ted,the profile surface is formed by swept along the generator of graduation cone;the single tooth is generated by sewing the surfaces,and the complete teeth is obtained through Boolean calculation,fi- nally the 3D precise model of the straight bevel gear is realized. |
