材料型超高强度抽油杆用钢的性能分析

摘    要:对美国Norris公司生产的97型抽油杆用钢、国产HS型抽油杆用钢和目前我国采用的3种材料型超高强度抽油杆用钢(FG20,BZ-11H和特3号H钢)进行了理化分析和旋转弯曲疲劳试验。试验结果表明,美国的97型抽油杆用钢的钢质优良,但其常规力学性能低于Norris公司的要求;国产HS型抽油杆用钢的常规力学性能达到了美国LTV公司的要求;在3种材料型超高强度抽油杆用钢中,以BZ-11H钢的性能最好,其合金设计合理,具有较高的强度和塑韧性及良好的疲劳性能;FG20钢的低倍组织非金属夹杂物符合YB/T054-94《抽油杆用热轧圆钢》的要求,强度和塑性基本上符合SY/T6272-1997《超高强度抽油杆》的要求,韧性较好;特3号H钢的低倍组织和非金属夹杂物符合YB/T054-94的要求,强度和塑性符合SY/T6272-1997的要求,但冲击值很低,建议推广使用。

Performance analysis of the steel used for material type super strength sucker rod
Abstract:The paper described the physical-chemical an alysis and rotatingbend fatigue test on the steel used for 97 sucker rod produced by Norris Company U.S.A.,the steel for HS sucker rod produced by China ,and the steel for 3 types of material type super strength sucker rod produced by China at present (FG20,BZ-11H,special 3# steel).By analyzing the test results,the following conclusions were obtained.The steel used for 97 sucker rod produced by U.S .A.has high metallurgical quality,but its normal mechanical property is lower than the requirement of Norris Company.The normal mechanical property of the steel used for HS sucker rod produced by China has basically achieved the requirement of LTV Company.The performance of the BZ-11H steel is the best in the three types of steel used for material type super strength sucker rod produced by China. As for the BZ-11H steel,the design of the alloy is rational,the metallurgical quality,strength and toughness are high,the fatigue performance is fine.As for the FG20 steel,the macrostructure and non-metal inclusion accord with the demand of YB/T054-94《Hot Rolling Round Steel Used For Sucker Rod 》,the strength and plasticity bascically achieve the demand of SY/T6272-1997《Super Strength Sucker Rod》,the toughness is well.As for the special 3# H steel,the macrostructure and non-metal inclusion accord with the demand of YB/T054-94,The strength and plasticity accord with the demand of SY/T6272-1997,but the impact value is very low.
