摘    要:为进一步了解油茶的主要化学成分及潜在的药用价值,实现油茶产业的持续发展,对油茶化学成分及其药理活性的研究进行综述.油茶中主要化学成分包括三萜及三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多酚类、脂肪酸类等,以皂苷类及黄酮类成分研究居多,其中,皂苷类成分以齐墩果酸型为主,黄酮类成分以槲皮素、山柰酚为主.其次,油茶药理作用主要集中于抗肿瘤、抗菌抗...

Research progress on main chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Camellia oleifera
Abstract:In order to further understand the main chemical constituents and potential medicinal value of Camellia oleifera, it provides a reference for the sustainable development of the Camellia industry.The literature review method was used to review the literature related to the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Camellia oleifera with the key words of "oil tea, chemical composition, pharmacological activity, flavonoids, polysaccharides, polyphenols and saponins".The results showed that the main chemical constituents contained in Camellia oleifera were mainly triterpenoids and triterpenoid saponins, flavonoids, polyphenols, fatty acids, etc., and many saponins and flavonoids were studied. The saponins were mainly olean. The acid type is the main type, and the flavonoids are mainly quercetin and kaempferol. The pharmacological effects of Camellia oleifera mainly focus on anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, blood sugar lowering and blood fat reduction.In recent years, the research on pharmacological active ingredients of Camellia oleifera has gradually increased, but there are few studies on the pharmacodynamic genes of Camellia oleifera, and most of the pharmacological activities are still not clear, so it is necessary to continue the deep research.
