基于模糊累积损伤的构件疲劳可靠度评定

摘    要:对于机械工程中的关键承载构件,较为准确的评定其服役期间疲劳可靠度对机械结构的安全运行是非常必要的。常规Miner法则存在一些实际问题,认为谱载下构件疲劳过程是一个典型的模糊过程,疲劳累积损伤是一个模糊变量。建立了基于模糊累积损伤的构件疲劳可靠性干涉模型,导出了模糊可靠度评定的一般公式和仿真方法。研究表明,对于一般的机械构件,选用常规可靠度的评定方法是可以的;对于承受随机交变载荷的特殊机械构件,需选用模糊疲劳可靠度的评定方法。

Abstract:It is very important to study on the accurate fatigue reliability estimation method of key components to ensure the safe operation of mechanical structures in engineering.By researching the practical problems of regular Miner's rule,fatigue process of components under random loads is a typical fuzzy process and fatigue cumulative damage is a fuzzy variable.Fatigue reliability interference model is established based on fuzzy cumulative damage of components,then general formula and simulation methods of fuzzy reliability estimation are derived.It is satisfy to use regular reliability estimation methods for general mechanical components,but it is necessary to use fuzzy fatigue reliability estimation method for special mechanical components under random alternative loads.
