| 摘 要： | 结核病是严重危害人类健康的公共卫生问题，而难治性肺结核是多年来临床常遇到的一个棘手问题，目前尚无一致的定义，标准及处理对策。本文就近年来有关这方面文献报道作一综述及探讨，并就难治性肺结核的定义与标准、难治性肺结核的原因、流行现状以及难治病例的治疗对策等几个方面结合我们的体会提出一些见解。
