摘    要:摩擦缓冲器广泛应用于自动武器大口径机枪中,用来吸收自动机后坐到位时的多余能量。在对某机枪系统进行虚拟样机建模及仿真过程中,需要模拟摩擦缓冲器的作用,以真实反映整个自动机的运动特性。通过对摩擦缓冲器的工作特性进行分析,提出了一种对其进行模拟的方法,给出了仿真过程中摩擦缓冲器的工作特性曲线。结果表明:在一个自动机工作循环中,摩擦缓冲器作用力在自动机后坐和复进两个阶段的方向、峰值和变化趋势是不同的;仿真所得的武器自动机的运动特性数据与靶场试验数据吻合的较好,证明了该虚拟样机模型建立的准确性。

Abstract:Friction buffer is widely used in large caliber machine gun ,which can absorb redundant energy when the automatic mechanism recoils. In the course of virtual prototype modeling and simulation of some machine gun system, the function of friction buffer needs to be simulated in order to truly reflect the kinematics characteristic of the automatic mechanism. The performance characteristic of friction buffer was analyzed and a method was provided. The performance characteristic curve of friction buffer was presented during simulation. The result indicates that the characteristic of the friction buffer such as the direction, peak value and change trend is different between the recoil and counter - recoil phases. The simulation characteristic data of the automatic mechanism matches well with the experimentation data from the shooting range. The establishment veracity of the virtual prototype is proved.
