安家岭井工矿4-1煤顶板弱化对综放开采影响的数值模拟分析

摘    要:运用数值模拟方法分析安家岭煤矿4 1煤顶板自然状态下与弱化处理后对工作面开采的影响规律。通过分析,得出4 1煤顶板在自然状态下对工作面具有较大的冲击作用,而经过弱化处理后,冲击作用减弱;当弱化系数为0 067时,顶板周期来压步距可减小到20m以下,基本能保证工作面正常生产及较高的顶煤回收率。

Abstract:The paper analyses the law of the influence of roof weakening on the mining of seam 4-1 adopted longwall with top-coal caving in Anjialing coal mine compared with the roof in natural state. The roof of seam 4-1 has great impact on the mining of working face in natural state, while the impact is decreased after it is weakened. When the weakening coefficient is 0.067, the distance of periodic roof pressure will be decreased to less than 20m, which can guarantee the normal mining of working face and comparatively high recovery ratio of top-coal.
