| 摘 要： | 对植物油精制过程中的碱炼工段、脱色工段、脱臭工段、车间计算机集散控制中心等几方面进行了智能化控制研究,研究成果在200 t/d植物油精炼厂配套应用.结果表明,该项成果的应用提高了我国油脂加工行业生产自动化和管理现代化程度,使我国油脂加工厂的控制管理达到了当代国际先进水平;对油脂加工厂保证产品质量,提高安全可靠性,降低能耗和成本,减轻工人劳动强度具有积极意义,经济效益与社会效益显著.

| Abstract: | Intelligentized controls of neutralization section, bleaching section, deodorization section and plant, computer control center were studied, and the fruits were applied in the vegetable oil refinery with the capacity of 200 t/d. The results showed that these fruits could improve the automatization degree of production and modernization degree of management, make the control and management level of Chinese oil processing plants reach to contemporary international advanced level. The fruits could ensure the quality of product, improve the safety, reduce energy consumption and cost, lower labour intensity. The fruits have significant economic and social profit. |
