大型空冷凝汽器严密性试验分析

摘    要:文章提出宁夏灵武电厂一期(2×600MW)2号机组空冷凝汽器严密性试验的影响因素,并针对影响因素的大小进行了系统的分析,采取了不同安装、焊接检验措施。并介绍了空冷系统整体严密性试验的程序、过程及达到的效果,对同类型空冷凝汽器的安装、试验提供了参考。

Abstract:The factors affecting tightness tests of air cooled condenser of No.2 unit of Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant Phase I project(2×600 MW) are presented.Systematic analysis of the factors are performed according to their significance.Different installation and welding inspection measures were adopted.The procedures,process,and achieved outcome of system tightness test are introduced,providing reference for similar projects.
