水平井复杂落鱼打捞技术研究与应用

目前中国石化西北油田分公司塔河采油一厂共有砂岩水平井近290口,井深在4 500m左右,水平段长在400m左右。水平井在生产过程中水平段有掉落的钢丝、射孔枪,卡封用的桥塞、封隔器等落物。通过对水平井井段打捞技术研究,认为水平井的入井工具和管柱需要经过相关计算,必须下得去、起得出,防止卡钻事故;水平井作业流体必须考虑水平段的层流特征,增粘压井液,防止井筒杂物不能循环带出井筒导致复杂事故;水平井打捞时应根据落鱼特性,创新加工打捞工具,工具应加工简单、操作方便。

Research and Application of Composite Fishing Technology in Horizontal Wells

In the production process, there are fishes such as steel wire, perforating gun, bridge plug and packer in the horizontal well. The research on fishing technology for horizontal segment shows that the size of tools and tub- ings entering the horizontal well should meet the correlation calculation to avoid drill--jamming accident, that the operation fluid should take laminar flow characteristics of horizontal segment and tackified kill fluid to prevent the complicated accident caused by fishes which are unable to be dragged out from the 1x）rehole through circulation and that fishing tools should be updated to adapt fish characteristics in the process of fishing job in horizontal wells.
