| Abstract: | In order to adapt ideological and political work to Agriculture and Forestry Department, we should grasp the feature of its working position and pay more attention to humanistic care, overall quality promotion of its em- ployees and new working mechanism for ideological and political work. Only in this way, can we complete ideological work in the employees. |
