| 摘 要： | 企业党委必须始终把加快人才队伍建设作为兴企、强企的首要任务,切实履行党管人才的责任。要通过抓规划,铺路子,畅通人才成长通道;抓协调,搭台子,创造人才成长环境;抓重点,压担子,加快人才成长步伐;抓典型,树旗子,营造人才成长氛围来统筹推进各类人才队伍建设。
