| 摘 要： | 学习型基层党组织具有理念科学、资源有效、目标恒定、愿景一致等主要特征。要建设学习型基层党组织,必须理念先行,用科学的理念引导学习;必须统筹资源,构筑多元平台促进学习;必须健全制度,保障学习常态化;必须拓宽领域,用丰富的知识促进发展;必须抓好结合,系统地进行建设。

| Abstract: | Grassroots learning Party organization features scientific idea, effective resource, constant target, same vi- sion and full positive energy. To construct such a Party organization requires adopting scientific idea to guide learn- ing, building multiple platforms to facilitate learning, having a sound system to ensure learning normalization, broadening the field of knowledge to promote the development of the Party Organization and focusing on the practice to construct it systematically. |
