摘    要:采用熔融共混挤出的方法,制备了不同添加量的微米玻璃微珠(GB)填充聚酰胺66的复合材料,考察了玻璃微珠对聚酰胺66的力学性能及结晶特性的影响。结果表明,GB的加入改善了材料的结晶性能。当GB的添加质量分数小于4%时,复合材料的冲击强度与聚酰胺66相当,而硬度、拉伸强度大幅提高,其中GB含量2%时材料的综合性能较好。

Abstract:Polyamide 66(PA66) filled with micrometer glass beads were prepared by extrusion molding. The effects of the content of micrometer glass beads on the mechanical property and crystallization of the PA66 were investigated experimentally. It is found that, when the content of micrometer glass beads is less than 4%, the impact strength of the composite is comparable to that of neat PA66, while the hardness and tensile strength of the composite are enhanced greatly.
