| 摘 要： | 无烘干设施、无预均化堆场、无自备矿山的福建龙麟集团有限公司1000t／d熟料生产线自点火开始就100％燃无烟煤生产。通过前移原燃料质量控制点，并按质堆放、搭配使用，提高了原燃料质量；通过合理配比，提高了出磨生料质量：通过加强生产管理，优化操作参数，实现了窑炉的稳定运行。目前，该生产线实现了高产优质的稳定生产。

| Abstract: | Fujian Longlin Group Co.Ltd hasn`t drying equipment, preblending bed and raw material mine, but its 1 000 t/d clinker production line fully burned anthracite since the begin of ignition. By moving forward the quality control poit of raw material and fuel and piling by quality, using in groups to improve the raw material and fuel quality; By using reasonable proportion to enhance the meal quality; By strenghening production management, optimizing operation parameters to realize stable work of kiln. At preaent, the production line realized stable production of high output and excellent quality. |
