摘    要:本文研究了腈纶成纤高聚物--丙烯腈与乙酸乙烯酯在蒙脱土纳米层间的共聚物P(AN-VAC)/Clay和二甲基乙酰胺体系的流变性能,得到了不同应力,不同温度下的剪刀应力、剪切应变和粘度、温度之间的关系曲线.测得了各种浓度下的粘流活化能.研究表明该共聚物和二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)体系的流变性属于假塑性流体,为纺丝成型工艺提供了理论依据和数学模型.

Abstract:The artist system researched the PAN,the polymer can form fiber,and the rheology of P(AN-VAC)/clay in the N,N-Dimethylacetamide(DMA).We get the different should dint,the different shear dint in different temperature,the shear changes,the relationship curve between glue degree and temperature and measure activating energy in the different density.Analyzing the rheological properties of the DMA solution,it belongs to the false plastics,it provides the theories for filature according to match the mathematics model.
