提高玻璃表面的耐电压性能的研究

摘    要:选择合适的处理剂对玻璃进行离子表面处理后.能在它的表面生成一层牢固的憎水膜,使玻璃在潮湿条件下的泄漏电流减小10倍左右;工频闪络电压提高28%。如再对表面已膜化的玻璃在适当的温度下作加热处理,则在潮湿条件下的闪络电压还能提高46~51%。文中还对玻璃表面膜化的机理进行了分析。


Study of The Properties of the Voltage Withstand Strength For Glass Surface
Abstract:After the glass surface is treated some suitable insulating material by ionization method, a film which is water-repellent can be formed on the surface of glass, so that the leakage current on the glass surface is decreased about 10 times in humid condition. Flashover voltage a t 50 Hz power supply is raised about 28%. If the surface of glass that had been treated with suitable insulating material dealed with heat treatment, its flashover voltage can further be raised to 48-50%. The mechanism of the formation of the film on the glass surface by the treatment has been discussed in this paper as well.
