金刚石合成用介质的传压效果研究

摘    要:本文通过实验研究与对比,对叶腊石、滑石、氯化钠等金刚石生长用传压介质的传压效果与传压性能,进行了较详细地研究。在金刚石合成或生长的高温高压条件下,当压机的油压相同,即总压力相同时,反应腔内的压力由于传压管的材质不同,而有差别,最大可达18%;而当室温时,为得到反应腔内5.5(GPa)的同等压力,由于传压管的材质不同,压机的油压差别可达6%。可见,材质的传压性能,由材质而不同;还随温度有变化。这一结果,对金刚石等高压合成与多晶体烧结所用传压介质的选择,以及合成工艺条件的确定,都有重要意义。

Abstract:Pressure transfer effeciency of such media as pyrophyllite, talcum and sodium chloride in diamond sythesis has been studied experimentally. Significant results have been reported in the paper. When the oil pressure of the high pressure machine is fixed, the actual pressure in the reaction cavity will vary greatly for different pressure transfer media at different temperature. Differences, as much as 18% under high temperature and 6% under room temperature, for different pressure transfer media, were measwed. The results obtained will be useful for the selection of pressure transfer media and the determination of technological conditions in diamond synthesis and multierystal sintering.
