电厂凝汽器化学清洗工艺的选择与应用

摘    要:针对某电厂凝汽器管垢特点,研究了以生物黏泥及硅酸盐为主要成分的凝汽器管垢的清洗工艺.试验结果表明,先采用3%氨基磺酸清洗除掉碳酸盐等垢,然后采用高效清洗剂N-505清洗4~8h,除垢率可达95%以上,既经济又高效,且腐蚀速度小,是最佳的清洗工艺.

Abstract:In view of the scales deposited on condenser tubes of a power plant,a new cleaning condenser tubes technology is investigated based on biological soil and silicate.Firstly,use 3% amino sulfuric acid to clean the carbonate of condenser tubes.Secondly,clean the condenser tubes by the high-efficiency cleaning agent N-505.After 4 to 8 hours,95% of the block has been removed.The experimental results show that the new technology which can decrease the corrosion rates is an economical and effective cleaning techno...
