摘 要: | 在使用微波法测量粮食水分的过程中,传统算法往往需考虑粮食密度对水分测量值的影响。然而在线检测粮食密度较为困难,因此相应加大了水分测量的难度。为了提高粮食水分检测中的测量精度,消除粮食密度对水分测量值的影响,提出了一种基于微波透射法的粮食水分检测密度无关算法。本算法引入密度不相关算子,测量值密度无关的同时,该算法可以作为标准补偿算法,适用于不同种类粮食的水分在线检测,保证了水分检测的准确性。

Density-independent Arithmetic for Moisture Measurement of Grain with Microwave |

Abstract: | In the process of measuring moisture of grain using microwave, density of grain is a factor that influence measuring result using traditional arithmetic. But it is hard to measure density of grain on line, and as a result, the difficulty of measuring moisture content is added. To improve the precision and eliminate the influence of density of grain, a density-independent arithmetic for moisture of grain with microwave is presented, which imports a density-independent operator. The arithmetic not only leads to density-independent but also can be used as a standard compensation algorithm. It is suitable for on-line moisture detection of different kinds of grain, and ensures the accuracy of test results. |
