| 摘 要： | 数控系统的多样性，导致DNC系统多为专用系统，能够支持的数控系统较少。这里利用面向对象技术，针对串行通信机床，提出了开发通用DNC系统的原理，建立了开发通用DNC系统的数学模型，阐述了DNC系统中实现各种功能的方法。系统不仅能够传输数控程序，还可以传输刀具数据、作业计划等制造数据。系统具有开放性和可扩展性强的优点，适应了目前车间制造自动化和信息化对DNC系统的要求。

| Abstract: | Because of the variety of numerical control,DNC system is most dedic ated system.lt only support few CNC.it is presented the principle of universal D NC system based on object-oriented technology the model of the DNC system is de scribed the implementing method of function in DNC system is elaborated not only NC file but also manufacturing date can be transmittedby this system the system has the advantage of open-architecture and well expansive and it adapt to the demands of the shop floor manufacture automation and information . |
