采用软件侦听法解除Omron PLC读取保护

Omron PLC在各种机器设备上应用较为广泛,设置了PLC程序读取加密保护的设备出现问题时,往往无法及时监控程序、分析故障原因,给设备维修带来很大不便。本文在阐明Omron PLC串行通讯协议的基础上,重点介绍了一种利用串口监测软件对Omron PLC串行通讯的数据进行监视、对其内部保留通讯协议进行侦听测定,给出了测定Omron PLC密码读取协议的实例。

Lift Reading Protection of Omron PLC Using Software Listening

Omron PLC is widely used on variety of equipments, While the equipment had set up the read and write protection of PLC program, will not be able to monitor program and analysis the reason of failure in time, it takes a great inconvenience in equipment maintenance. This paper introduces the Omron PLC serial communication protocol, and introduces a method of using serial monitoring software to monitor the Omron PLC serial communication data, to monitor its internal reservation protocol for listening, and give out an example of Omron PLC password read and write protocol determination.
