| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种无铜镍铬的清洁生产型装饰电镀工艺。给出了Zn–Fe/Sn–Co–Zn合金组合工艺配方,讨论了pH、温度和阴极电流密度等生产工艺要点。该工艺具有污染小,防护性能优异,装饰效果良好,节约原材料,生产成本低等特点。

| Abstract: | A cleaner production of decorative plating process without using copper,nickel and chromium was introduced. The process formula of Zn-Fe/Sn-Co-Zn alloy was presented,and the process essentials such as pH,temperature and cathodic current density were discussed. The process has the features of low pollution,good protection performance,good decoration effect,materials saving,and low production cost. |
