| 摘 要： | 在研究全球油气资源分布特征、全球剩余和待发现油气资源量、全球能源需求及结构变化趋势等的基础上，对影响中国油气供应安全的国际油气市场、油价和油气进口通道、中国石油公司利用境外油气资源优劣势等进行了分析，并探讨了利用境外油气资源的合作潜力，提出了保证境外油气资源战略可持续发展的对策和建议。
