果葡糖浆生产过程中还原糖的在线检测

摘    要:利用还原糖在线检测技术对果葡糖浆生产过程中还原糖的变化进行了在线检测。结果表明 ,该技术可快速、准确、连续地检测还原糖的变化 ,准确度 97 6%以内 ,精密度2 3 2 % ,滞后时间不超过 7min。
