| 摘 要： | 钢结构绿色节能住宅建筑体系是依据国家可持续发展原则,发展"节能省地型"住宅,推广住宅产业化,实现绿色建筑政策的重要组成部分。山东莱钢建设有限公司承担了建设部2001年重点研究项目"钢结构绿色节能住宅建筑体系研究"。通过多个工程项目的成功实践,证明此种住宅建筑体系充分体现了建筑行业"节能、环保、产业化"的"绿色建筑"理念。

| Abstract: | Steel structure green energy-saving buildings system is one of the important part of policy which to plan buildings of "energy-saving and land" as a whole, popularize industrialization residential buildings and achieve green buildings by the principle of sustainable. Shandong Laiwu Steel Construction Company has been developing the system of steel structure green energy-saving residential buildings, the conclusion of the building system lay out ideal of green buildings will be made by succeed in practice of this system. |
