摘    要:川西地区中深井及深井钻井过程中,存在机械钻速低、钻井周期长、井身质量差、储层污染严重等问题,影响了该地区的天然气开发步伐。在分析影响川西地区钻井效率的主要因素的基础上,给出了提高钻井效率的主要对策,包括准确描述钻井地质环境因素,优化钻井设计和应用钻井新技术等。现场试验应用表明,川西地区的深井、中深井钻井效率明显提高,并初步形成了一套安全快速钻井工艺技术措施。

Abstract:There are such challenges as low ROP, long drilling cycles, worse wellbore qualities, heavy pollutions to reservoirs, etc, while drilling moderate-deep and deep wells in western Sichuan area, which impedes the gas production progress to a great degree. On the basis of analysis of the major factors affecting the drilling efficiency, this paper presents the main countermeasures, including acquiring the drilling geological variables accurately, optimizing drilling program, and applying novel drilling techniques, etc. Field tests indicate that a set of safe and quick drilling techniques have been established basically.
